Meet Becca Leaman, Our ISJL Fellow

Becca Leaman was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is a recent graduate of Connecticut College where she received a B.A. in psychology with a minor in Arabic, as well as credentials to teach elementary education.

Throughout college Becca was very involved in Hillel, serving as co-president for a year, along with other various positions on the executive board. Becca attended and then worked at the IJ & Jeanne Wagner Jewish Community Center Bernie Camp for a number of years during the summer, working as a counselor and then a unit head. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in nature and cooking.

Becca is beyond excited to explore Judaism in the South and to get the opportunity to combine her passions of Judaism and education.
