Hannah James Bat Mitzvah
Hannah Freedman James will be called to the Torah on May 16, 2026.
Hannah is a seventh-grade student at Montgomery Ridge Intermediate School in Maryville. She is the daughter of Kevin James and Julia Wood, the granddaughter of Norma and Wesley James and the sister of Karl. Hannah’s passions include musical theater, spending time with her friends, and attending Camp Coleman in the summer. For her Mitzvah project, she is sewing blankets to donate to unhoused people in Knoxville. She and her brother are halfway to their goal of sewing fifty blankets. Hannah is a great student, has an amazing sense of humor and a strong sense of self. She is excited to celebrate this milestone with family and friends.
